Mr.M.S.Rao holds an M.Phil (Gold Medal) degree in Economics from Arts College, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in the year 1991 and started his career with Directorate of Economics and statistics, Government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 1992. He worked as an Assistant Statistical Officer in Mandal headquarters of Piduguralla and Sattenapalle in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh during 1992 – 1996. Due to his interest in Astrology, he has resigned the government job and started career with Astrology. He has established Divine Astrological Research Institute (DARI) in Hyderabad in 2000 to research on Vedic Astrology. He has made thousands of successful predictions in all categories of horoscope predictions.
With his substantial research experience in Astrology, he is conducting training classes from Basics to Expert level in KP Astrology for Students, who are new to Astrology and Astrologers, who are already selected Astrology as a carrier.
Through his 11 years research in Astrology, he has published Sayana Panchangam 2011-2012 KP Panchangam 2011-12 and Sri Kharanama samvatsa Panchangam 2011-2012 in Telugu with accurate Ayanamsa values. This is his historical contribution to Hindu Astrology.
